SLAVERY CONTRACT

Consensual and time determinated


A) This contract is stipulated in consensual and mutual respect.
B) Here the responsibilities of both Dom and submissives.
C) Term of use of the "SAFEWORD" and "SAFE SIGNAL".
D) Explanation and use of the punishments.

This contract have no legal validity, is only one instrument to regulate and defining the needs and responsibility of the Dom and sub relationship.

to consent and to offer my body, my mind and all myself in consensual slavery to:

The contract can be anytime terminated also before the established date only in case of violation of the same one. On established date the contract can be renewed re-written, negotiated or finished.



Articles

I     The slave accept to obey at the best of his possibilities, and accept
      to satisfy all desires of the Dom. The slave renounce at his right to
      enjoy, comfort and gratification except that grant by the Dom. The Dom
      engage to know the desires and requirements of the slave through the
      search and communication and promises to include that in the relation.

II   The Dom is responsible of slave safety psycho-physical health. The slave is
      engaged to inform the Dom of real or possible problems or dangers emergency.

III The slave accept to grant the body to the Dom to be used as the Dom wants.
     The slave accept to wear and to act following the Dom orders.

IV  The slave accept to use the SAFEWORD when the limit is reached. The slave
     declare to know it and the SAFEWORD is: _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
     and the SAFE SIGNAL is: _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
     The Dom accept to stop or modify the activity when the slave use them and
     promises to not punish the slave cause of it.

V  The slave accept always to answer soon and never lie. The slave must inform
    the Dom always about the psycho-physical health. The Dom accept Don't use
    these infos to hurt the slave.

VI The Dom accept to supply all instruments and toys. The sub is responsible to
    take care of the instruments and inform the Dom just in case of malfunction.

     The Dom accept don't violate never the limits.

VIII The slave accept to direct to Dom: Sir or Master or: _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
       The Dom direct to slave as the Dom wants and likes.

IX  The Dom accept to give an object that symbolically sign the slave as His/Her
      property. The slave accept to wear, keep and show it always with pride.

X  The slave accept to receive proper punishments caused by bad bahaviour
    to learn the lessons and accept all instruments, the way of punishments
    all positions required in order to receive the punishment at the best way.
    The slave accept that each time an order of the Dom is not respected it cause
    a more severe punishment. The Dom accept to let know the slave before, during
    or after, always the reason of punishment. The Dom accept to not punish never
    the slave when He/Her is angry, upset, under alcool or drugs effect.
